Holy shit, this new Rob Zombie single “Punks And Demons” rules. This feels like an exceedingly evil industrial song that wants so badly to be a thrash-tinged death metal track.
I’m not sure we’ve heard Zombie be this heavy since either his own earlier work or even White Zombie, but I am on board in a big way. This new single is an unrelenting hellscape with loads of crunchy riffs. I’m also gonna guess this is partially thanks to original Rob Zombie guitarist Mike Riggs coming back on board.
Rob Zombie hasn’t revealed much about his new record The Great Satan aside from that it’s out on February 27. Pre-orders are available here.
