BOSTON (WHDH) – Red Sox outfielder Rob Refsnyder and catcher Connor Wong visited patients and staff and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.

The players spent time speaking with recent heart transplant recipients.

Both Wong and Refsnyder signed autographs and posed for photos.
