A Raleigh man has been arrested and faces charges after he was accused of secret peeping.
Jeremy Michael Rolow, 28, was arrested on Monday by Raleigh police.
Court documents say Rolow was caught recording a person using the bathroom in a private bathroom with a cellphone at a Best Buy on Capital Boulevard.
He is being held on a $5,000 bond and is expected in court on Tuesday at 1:30 p.m.
