The Flagler County Sheriff’s Department has issued a Purple Alert for a Palm Coast man after he went missing over the weekend.According to the Purple Alert, 21-year-old Samual Mills was last seen in the area of the 100 block of Coral Reef Court North in Palm Coast. He was last seen wearing an orange and blue shirt and he may be traveling in a black 2007 Nissan Xterra. The Nissan sports FL tag is JD995K.Anyone with information on his whereabouts or who may have seen him is asked to call the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office at 386-313-4911.
