Power Grid, Jamna Auto among 6 stocks to go ex-dividend, NMDC, ONGC, IRCTC Q2 results & more

Monday will see at least six stocks namely Power Grid, Jamna Auto Industries, EPL, Nicco Parks, Amrutanjan Health Care, and SMC Global Securities going ex-dividend. Shares of Arfin India will split from a face value of Rs 10 to Re 1 each. Compuage Infocom will go ex-rights today.
Power Grid will go ex-dividend today. The company had announced an interim dividend of Rs 5 per share. The record date for the same is November 15 and the dividend will be paid on November 30.
Amrutanjan Health Care shares will also go ex-dividend. This company had announced an interim dividend of Re 1 per share and the record date for the same is November 15. The dividend will be paid on December 4.
EPL had announced an interim dividend of Rs 2.15 per share and the record date for the same is November 15. The dividend will be paid on December 5.
SMC Global Securities (Rs 1.20 per share) Jamna Auto (Re 0.80 per share) and Nicco Parks (Re 0.40 per share) will also ex-dividend today.
Shares of Arfin India will go ex-split today from face value of Rs 10 to Re 1 while those of Compuage Infocom will go ex-rights today.
NMDC, ONGC, IRCTC, Bharat Forge, Apollo Tyres, Grasim Industries, Balkrishna Industries, Biocon, GMR Airports Infrastructure and Godrej Industries are among the companies that will announce their quarterly results today.
The board of Softsol India and Technocraft Industries will consider a proposal of share buyback. The boards of Hi-Tech Pipes, Foods & Inns, and Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works will consider proposals for preferential issues.
The board of Advait Infratech would consider a bonus issue.
