Authorities southwest of the Twin Cities metro are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 24-year-old man who may be in medical distress.
Logan Sampson was last seen early Sunday morning, leaving his residence on the 600 block of Bernas Lane in New Prague, according to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension. He is known to be traveling on foot.
Sampson was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and black jogger pants. The BCA says Sampson is 6 feet 2 inches tall and 190 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.

Sampson’s mother says he was recently hospitalized after a seizure and could be in medical distress. His father, Rob Sampson, said his son has only had two, but is vulnerable without his medication.
“When he gets these seizures, he gets disoriented and has memory loss, gets confused and does strange things,” Rob Sampson said.
Logan Sampson’s cousin, Sophie Camilli, is one of the hundreds of people who have been searching.
“When you tell people he’s missing, they ask what his mental state is,” Camilli said. “For certain, know he’s not angry, not a threat to anyone, just lost.”
New Prague police are asking people in the area to check their security cameras for Sampson. On Monday, law enforcement executed a search warrant at his home to look for clues.
Anyone who wants to join the search for Logan Sampson can visit Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in New Prague. Organizers of the effort said they will begin looking again on Tuesday at 7 a.m.
Anyone with information on Sampson’s whereabouts is asked to call the New Prague Police Department at 952-758-2791.
