Police investigating morning shooting in Adams

ADAMS, Mass. (WWLP) – Police are investigating a shooting in the town of Adams on Saturday.
According to the Berkshire District Attorney’s Office, the Adams Police Department and a State Police Detective Unit responded to a shooting at 7 a.m. in the morning.
22News has learned that two people were involved. One person was shot and is being treated for life threatening injuries. This is an active investigation and it is not believed that there is any threat to the public.
