Discover Charlotte’s art scene in the heart of Plaza Midwood. Plaza Midwood Artists Studio Crawl takes place Saturday, October 11, 2025, from 1 to 5 p.m. It’s free to attend, but is a great opportunity to shop for gifts or for yourself.

Step inside the studios and homes of thirteen of Plaza Midwood’s accomplished working artists. These are deeply committed professionals whose work includes painting and mixed media, sculpture, jewelry, pottery, digital design, robots and even artisanal chocolate-making.

During the crawl, you’ll meet the artists, learn about their creative process, and can purchase original works.

Start at Wiloe Home and Gift, 1520 Lyon Court, Charlotte, North Carolina. This is at Central Avenue at the corner of Club Road. You can pick up a map of the studios here. Wiloe will also showcase a selection of work by local artists. Parking available throughout the neighborhood.

Some of the artists will be hosting demos or other special activities.
