PORTLAND, OR – If you are interested in learning about Portland’s iconic Pittock Mansion, there are a series of talks scheduled throughout the fall.
Among the speakers will be the former President of the Pittock Mansion Board of Directors, Jerold Wikoff, discussing his book on the life of Henry Pittock coming up on October 8th. Other talks will focus on the Monarch Butterfly Garden at the mansion, and one will explore the unique history of the property. A full list is below.

- October 21, 2025: The Mansion and the Dome: Repurposing Irreplaceable Architectures in the Public Trust, featuring Marcel Brousseu
- October 29, 2025: The Monarch’s Message, featuring Amy Rebecca Kaufman
- November 5, 2025: Pittock Mansion, Then and Now, featuring Paula Gangopadhyay
The talks will be held in the social room of the mansion from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.
