Person killed in 3-vehicle crash with UPS truck in Raleigh

One person was killed and another was injured after a serious crash involving a UPS truck early Wednesday morning near E. Millbrook Road and Atlantic Avenue in Raleigh.
A car, a pickup truck and a UPS truck crashed near a Circle K gas station. Family members told WRAL News that the driver of the red car was hospitalized but is in stable condition.
WRAL News was at the scene, where you can see how badly damaged the vehicles are. Sky 5 also flew over the scene Wednesday morning.
The UPS truck did not appear to be damaged.
According to Raleigh police, two people were transported to a hospital with serious injuries, where one person died.
Part of E. Millbrook Road was closed for several hours near Atlantic Avenue. At 9:45 a.m., the southbound lanes reopened but the northbound lanes were still closed.
Drivers should take an alternate route to avoid traffic.
