- Gift a 20-Tile Bonus. 20-Tile Bonus is becoming two separate perks to give Mosaics more flexibility as they level up. Now, Mosaics will have the opportunity to select a 20-Tile Bonus for themselves at one level of Mosaic and Gift a 20-Tile Bonus at another—instead of having to choose one or the other
- New & improved Mosaic Signature Perks. In addition to the Mosaic Signature Perks that Mosaic members already enjoy such as two free checked bags, a dedicated customer support line, Mosaic boarding and more, qualified Mosaics will also get the following in 2024:

Enjoy next-level customer service with a priority phone support desk for Mosaic 3 & 4 members. - Improved for Mosaic 3 & 4: Move to Mint Starting 1/4/24, Mosaic 3 & 4 members will be able to confirm their Move to Mint immediately after booking. Mosaics can choose which flight(s) they want to move from core to Mint by heading to jetblue.com/manage-trips.

More choice is always good, being able to immediately confirm Mint after booking is also a positive. Not the biggest changes but still an improvement.
