Much cooler, showers Wednesday
[ad_1]
PORTLAND, Oregon — Portland peaked at 93-degrees Tuesday. Highs in the western valleys Wednesday will be a solid 20 to 25-degrees lower.
Marine air floods back into the valleys tonight, followed quickly by a cold front that will bring showers inland in the afternoon.
The rain should break up and allow sunbreaks late in the afternoon. Highs will struggle to make 70-degrees Wednesday.
We go back to mostly sunny and mild weather beginning Thursday and continuing through the weekend. Highs will be in the low to mid-70s.
It looks like we will end September and begin October with 80-degree weather next week.
