A motorcyclist died after a crash in Rancho Cordova; the driver involved cooperated with investigators.
RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif — A motorcyclist died following a Friday night crash in Rancho Cordova, according to the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office.
The crash happened around 5:30 p.m. near the intersection of Trade Center and Sun Center Drives, and it involved another vehicle.
The sheriff’s office said the motorcyclist suffered serious injuries and was taken to the hospital, where they later died.
The driver of the other vehicle stayed on scene and cooperated with investigators.
No DUI or other criminal activity is suspected at this time, according to the sheriff’s office.
