Missing Endangered Alert issued for man in New Bern

RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Missing Endangered Alert for an elderly man with a cognitive impairment.

Michael Roy Fogle is a 70-year-old, 5’11” white man with green eyes and white hair. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, blue checkered shorts, and blue crocs near 2313 Center Avenue in New Bern.

There is no information as to where he was traveling, but he was last seen on foot.
