CLEVELAND (WJW) — Cleveland police are investigating an overnight shooting that took place in the park directly across from the West Side Market.
Police responded to Market Square Park at about 12:30 a.m. on Friday, where a man, believed to be in his 30s, was found shot. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital. His condition was not immediately available.
Shell casings could be seen on the sidewalk.
Signs posted in the park state that the park closes at 9 p.m.
There’s been no word on a suspect.
