Los Angeles’ Top Brokerage Ranking 2024

This dataset ranks the most active residential brokerages in Los Angeles County. 

The Real Deal analyzed closed, buy- and sell-side deals in Los Angeles County recorded in the multiple listing service between May 1, 2023 and May 1, 2024. 

The data considers residential sales only. Off market deals were not considered. Because of the volume of transactions, sales under $1,000,000 were not counted. 

All firms were contacted for the ranking. Not all participated.

The dataset includes the ranking, with each firm’s total volume, deal count and contact information.
