Wes Nelson is back with a banger in new single 11:11, a high energy pop number which is produced by Benjy Adams. The single feels like the perfect route for Wes, radio-friendly with a big chorus and slick dancefloor-driven production.
Written by a team including Benjamin Hofmann, Daniel Bryer, Mike Needle, Shayan Moftizadeh and Wes, the single marks a new direction for the musician. Wes has delved into numerous styles in recent years with R&B and country-flavoured pop in singles such as I’ll Wait, Yellow and Drive. Whilst we enjoyed the Avicii inspired country-dance take of the likes of I’ll Wait, we cannot deny that Wes sounds fantastic on the slinky 11:11 thanks to its nu-disco vibes.
