Likely showers today, heavy at times
[ad_1]
PORTLAND, Oregon — Heavy rain areas held mostly near the Cascades last night with lightning strikes detected on the east side of the Portland metro.
An upper low center will bring likely showers today with heavy rain at times and possible thunder. Clouds and a light shower chance continue Saturday, a day that could end up being mostly dry. The rain chance ends Saturday night and Sunday sees increasing sunshine with highs nearing 80 degrees.
Most days next week show sunny skies with highs in the 80s and possibly 90 degrees later in the week.
