While any leftovers will work, I recommend trying one of mine: Melt-In-Your-Mouth Prime Rib Roast, Reverse Seared Prime Rib, or Smoked Prime Rib.
  • Vegetables: I stick to onions and green bell peppers, but it’s easy to also throw in sautéed mushrooms, or omit any.
  • Cheese: while Cheez Wiz is authentic, you can also use Swiss or provolone (as I did here!)
  • Bread: any hearty roll will work, such as French roll, hoagie roll, or baguette. You can also make or buy garlic bread for added flavor.
