Las Vegas: IGT Megabucks slot pays $10.1M jackpot at Aria Resort and Casino | Yogonet International

International Game Technology (IGT) announced in a tweet that a visitor from California won $10,159,321 off a $5 wager Wednesday on Megabucks Gold Forge Slots while playing at Las Vegas Strip’s Aria Resort and Casino.

“One lucky player from California became the latest Megabucks millionaire with this life-changing win,” IGT said on Twitter.

Earlier this week, the company announced that its Wheel of Fortune and Megabucks slots awarded two millionaire jackpots in July. Combined, the jackpots total more than $11.7 million for the month.

On July 7th, a Megabucks slots player won $10,488,726 playing Megabucks Double Diamond Deluxe at Cannery Casino Hotel in North Las Vegas. The jackpot is Nevada’s second largest Megabucks slots jackpot this year. Meanwhile, on July 24th, a Wheel of Fortune slots player won $1,286,326 playing Wheel of Fortune Triple Red Hot 7’s at Michael Gaughan Airport Slots at Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas.
