Kylie Jenner shared and then quickly deleted a pro-Israel post Saturday night on Instagram.
Jenner, 26, reposted a graphic from StandWithUs, a nonprofit organization that supports Israel and is based in California.
“SHARE if you stand with the people of Israel as they face one of the most frightening situations in many years,” the post read, along with a graphic that said “Now and always, we stand with the people of Israel!”
However, Jenner removed the post from her Instagram story not long after sharing it. Her most recent post was filled with pro-Palestine comments.

“Girl, if that’s what you support. Then stand by it,” one person wrote on Twitter after Jenner deleted the post. “Or was it just more performative activism? Don’t double back now that you’re getting backlash.”
The Palestinian militant group Hamas launched a surprise attack into Israel on Saturday morning, sending dozens of fighters over the country’s border with the Gaza Strip and firing rockets toward southern cities.
Israel’s military responded with overwhelming force, bombing Gaza as Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said his country was “at war.” As of Sunday afternoon, an estimated 600 Israelis and 370 Palestinians had been killed in the latest round of conflict.
