An industrial property in Kings Park has sold for $3.3 million.
RHS Realty Group, a New Jersey-based real estate investment firm, purchased the 1,853-square-foot building on 2 acres at 125 Meadow Road West.
The property, which includes a home-heating oil storage tank, is occupied by Petro Home Services.
Brian Gladstone and David Schechtman of Meridian Capital Group and Jonathan Schwartz of Fairview Property Group procured the buyer and represented the seller, AHJ Associates, in the sales transaction.
