King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard promised a heavy new record, and they’re delivering big time! Fresh off the first single “Gila Monster” comes the damn near 10-minute riff-fest that is “Dragon”. Equal parts thrash and bad trip psychedelics, with maybe a touch of some High On Fire-leaning leads, this one will kick your ass straight into the end times.
King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard will release (and yes, this is the real name) PetroDragonic Apocalypse; or, Dawn of Eternal Night: An Annihilation of Planet Earth and the Beginning of Merciless Damnation on June 16.
