Kamala Harris to campaign in North Carolina this week following presidential debate

RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) – Vice President Kamala Harris will make a campaign stop in North Carolina on Thursday, two days after the first presidential debate between her and former president Donald Trump.

This stop is the first of many for Harris and her running mate Tim Walz as part of their tour through battleground states in the days following Tuesday’s debate, according to a news release by campaign officials on Sunday.

After her trip to North Carolina on Thursday, Harris will then travel to Pennsylvania one day later. Meanwhile, Walz is set to make stops in Michigan and Wisconsin on Thursday and Friday.

It’s unknown at this time which city that Harris plans to visit.
