Janelle Monáe has shared the music video for The Age of Pleasure’s “Water Slide.” The fun visual shares aesthetic and free-spirited sensibilities with the “Lipstick Lover” music video, and Monáe co-directed both videos with Alan Ferguson. Check out the new “Water Slide” clip below.

“Water Slide” is one of two Age of Pleasure songs that Monáe made with Jamaican dancehall legend Sister Nancy; the other is “The French 75.” Additional contributors to the album include Grace Jones, Amaarae, Doechii, Nia Long, and Ckay.

Next month, Monáe will kick off her North American tour in support of her new album, starting on August 30 in Seattle, Washington. Check out the Pitchfork Review episode on The Age of Pleasure.
