Investigation opened into Texas’ treatment of migrants

The Texas inspector general’s office has launched an investigation into the treatment of migrants at the southern border. A state trooper claims they were told to push migrant children into the river. There were also allegations that the state was using floating barriers that could be lethal. Manuel Bojorquez reports.
