The Roseville Police Department said there was writing on the bullet, but did not say what it said.
ROSEVILLE, Calif — The Roseville Police Department is investigating after an elementary school student reportedly brought a bullet to school and showed it to another student.
In a message sent to families, the Roseville City School District said a Crestmont Elementary student brought a bullet and showed it to another student as a threat.
After a student reported the incident, staff immediately notified the Roseville Police Department, who opened an investigation.
Police said there was writing on the bullet, but did not say what it said. They also said there was no fight or argument the students when the bullet was shown.
No injuries were reported.
Police said the school administrators have been cooperative in the investigation.
