242 Broadhollow Road, Farmingdale

Costello’s Ace Hardware leased a 19,282-squarefoot retail building at 242 Broadhollow Road in Farmingdale. The building was formerly occupied by Stickley Furniture and Mattress. Stu Kramer of First Development Corp. represented the tenant, while Mario Asaro of Industry One Realty and Olivia Wang of East Coast Realtors represented the landlord, Dunkirk Realty Ltd., in the lease transaction.

350 Walt Whitman Road, Huntington Station

Paris Baguette, a growing chain of bakery cafés, leased a 2,750-square-foot retail space in the Huntington Shopping Center at 350 Walt Whitman Road in Huntington Station. The store is expected to open early next spring. Raj Whadwa of Global Realty Services USA represented the tenant, while Joe Byrnes served as in-house representative for the landlord, Federal Realty, in the lease transaction.

152 The Arches Circle,
Deer Park

Burger Village, a fast-casual restaurant chain that features organic hamburgers, leased a 2,650-square-foot retail space in Tanger Outlets at 152 The Arches Circle in Deer Park. The chain has Long Island locations in Hicksville and Farmingdale and another coming soon to Huntington Station. The Deer Park eatery is expected to open in April 2024. Raj Whadwa of Global Realty Services USA represented the tenant, as well as the landlord, Tanger Outlets, in the lease transaction.

198-250 Route 25A,
East Setauket

Chico’s Tex Mex leased 1,869 square feet of restaurant space in the West Shopping Center at 198-250 Route 25A in East Setauket. This will be the second location for Chico’s, which also has a restaurant in Selden. The tenant was self-represented, while Lee Rosner and Neil Crawford of NAI Long Island represented the landlord, Dinoffer & Tobias LLC, in the lease transaction.

Carle Place

The Federal Aviation Administration leased 74,679 square feet of office space at One Old Country Road in Carle Place. The agency will relocate its administrative headquarters from its present location at One Aviation Plaza in Jamaica to the Carle Place office property, where it will occupy about one-and-a-half floors. Vincent LaManna, Richard Freel, Maria Kobe and Ralph Giuffre of CBRE represented the FAA, while Kelly Koukou of Lee & Associates represented the landlord, DBD Realty Group, in the lease transaction.

1549 Lincoln Ave., Holbrook

Do It All Photography, a commercial photographer, leased 1,300 square feet of R&D space at 1549 Lincoln Ave. in Holbrook. Michael Zere of Zere Real Estate Services represented the tenant, while landlord Ross Realty was self-represented in the lease transaction.
