Idalia hits Florida with record storm surge

Tropical Storm Idalia hit Florida on Wednesday as a major Category 3 hurricane, bringing with it damaging winds and record storm surge. The system then made its way into Georgia, where it continued to wreak havoc as a tropical storm. Omar Villafranca reports.
