‘Hurricane Helene: One Year Later’: ABC11 Special streams TONIGHT at 6:30 p.m.

RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) — Hurricane Helene hit western North Carolina (WNC) on the morning of September 27, 2024, causing more than 100 deaths, catastrophic damage to the area. Homes and highways were destroyed. Many are surviving the best way they can.
