Huntersville 1st Diwali Celebration on Oct. 11 – Charlotte On The Cheap

Heart2Harmony Inc. is presenting Huntersville’s first Diwali celebration, in partnership with Huntersville Parks and Recreation.

It will take place on Saturday, October 11, 2025, from 3 to 7 p.m., at Veterans Park, 201 Huntersville-Concord Road, Huntersville, North Carolina.

This celebration is free to attend, and features:

  • Live cultural and Bollywood performances
  • Kids’ activities
  • Fashion walk showcasing Indian attire
  • Immersive Indian attires try-on experience and pictures: Sarees, lehengas, sherwanis, kurtas
  • Art competition winner recognition
  • Local vendors and food trucks offering unique flavors, jewelry and keepsakes
  • 360 photo booth and other photo op
  • Fun DJ Dance Floor Finale
