Hudson Williams has been here, there, and everywhere lately. Odds are you’ve watched him in Heated Rivalry, drooled over his magazine covers, seen him walk runways and red carpets, witnessed his 2026 Winter Olympics torchbearing duties, and sent a concerning amount of Shane Hollander and Ilya Grigoryevich Rozanov edits to the group chat. He’s evidently booked and busy, but it turns out, amid his chaotic schedule, Williams finds the time (and counter space) to maintain a comprehensive beauty routine.
It all started with Williams’ comically unhinged, 19-minute skincare routine video with The Cut going viral, which was accompanied by an interview with The Cut. Both pieces of media cemented the star’s status as a product snob (we love a beauty-obsessed king who doesn’t gatekeep!), which he says he inevitably inherited from his Korean auntie and family members.
The results speak for themselves, though. You won’t catch Williams with irritated skin, greasy hair, chapped lips, or B.O., thanks to the 50 (yes, really!) products below. He has cited most of them in his recent content with The Cut, while others his celebrity hairstylist used on him for the 2026 Golden Globes.
Hudson Williams’ Morning Routine at a Glance
Hudson Williams’ Night Routine at a Glance
The Heated Rivalry star wants you to know, though, that he doesn’t use all of these products in one go. He actually has pretty simple morning and nighttime routines, but he leaves room to incorporate additional formulas depending on what his skin needs each day. For example, he has a lineup of products that target specific concerns, such as acne, redness, dark spots, large-looking pores, and dehydration. Williams comes prepared!
From TikTok-viral K-beauty brands like SKIN1004 and Beauty of Joseon to popular drugstore names like Burt’s Bees and Old Spice, Williams knows his stuff. He also isn’t afraid to splurge on Le Labo shower products, Tom Ford fragrances, and a $500 red light therapy device
. The man of the moment’s beauty favorites clearly run the gamut and show that he has tried enough formulas to know what works for him (and what might work for you!).
But enough yapping and more shopping. Ahead, find an impressive 50 products (I don’t know whether I should feel like a sleuth or a stalker) that Williams has applied in his beauty routine so that you, too, can have a face card that everyone talks about.
Skincare Products
Night Routine
Shu Uemura Porefinist2 Sakura Refreshing Cleansing Oil
Because Williams is a firm believer in double-cleansing (AKA an oil-based cleanser followed by a water-based cleanser), he starts his nighttime skincare routine with Shu Uemura’s Porefinist2 Sakura Refreshing Cleansing Oil (he owns the giant bottle, and restocks it often). He uses one pump to massage the product all over his face and pays a little extra attention to his nose for blackheads. The actor notes that you should be careful around your eyes, since that area has more delicate skin. He also adds that you can go over the oil with a gua sha to calm face puffiness. Rinse it off with warm water, and there goes all the dirt, makeup, and oil from your complexion. Pro tip from Williams: You can additionally use the oil to reduce ingrown hairs after you shave from your torso down.
Night Routine
SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Poremizing Deep Cleansing Foam
for this step (or else, he just uses his fingers). The foam is packed with mineral salts, kaolin clay, and papain to remove gunk and excess oil from your skin. If you want to unclog your pores without employing scary extraction tools or breaking the bank on expensive treatments, this cleanser will do the trick.
Night & Morning Routine
Numbuzin No. 3 Toner
After double cleansing, Williams slaps this K-beauty essential onto his face. “This is toner. Get your dusty ass skin, and throw some on, you uneven complexion f—king weirdo,” he says in his GRWM with The Cut. This milky formula is meant to hydrate, exfoliate, and help you get that A-list glow.
Night Routine
The Ordinary Salicylic Acid 2% Solution
On the night of his video shoot with The Cut, Williams assessed his complexion and felt his skin needed something that could help tackle acne. “I’m going to use salicylic acid because it takes away my old blemishes. I think it peels it or something, or it does something where it just rejuvenates,” he says in the same video. He adds that he only uses this product when he’s not using a retinol. This is important to note, since the two work against each other when applied at the same time, and can therefore cause irritation.

Aquaphor Healing Ointment Advanced Therapy Skin Protectant

He also occasionally uses a brown sugary lip scrub from Lush for when his pout really feels like the Sahara desert. “I’ll use it twice a day for two days in a row, but usually, I only use it once a week,” he tells The Cut.
Night Routine
SKIN1004 Poremizing Quick Clay Stick Mask
On Sale 33% off
For days when your pores look super noticeable, your skin might benefit from a hard-hitter like this SKIN1004 clay stick mask. “I like it because you push it out like a lip balm and push it around your face. After I wash it off, I notice it washes everything out of your pores—that’s if I really need to do a deep clean of the house,” Williams shares with The Cut.
Night Routine
VT COSMETICS CICA Reedle Shot 100
On Sale 19% off
The Reedle Shot had quite the moment on TikTok in 2025, and it turns out, Williams is a sucker for this potent formula, too. This treatment promises glowing, even skin brought to you by Cica Reedle, which are micro-sized mineral particles that help skincare products absorb better. The actor likes to apply this K-beauty fave overnight after popping a pimple. While he notes the product is a bit strong, it also helps minimize the appearance of his fine lines and acne scars.

Night Routine
Medik8 Liquid Peptides
“I’ve never had a skin-care product like that—if I use it at night, the next morning my skin is so even and moisturized,” the actor tells The Cut. Add this serum to your cabinet and expect improvement with visible signs of aging, like fine lines, wrinkles, and dullness, increased hydration, faster healing, and a brighter glow. This product is on the bougier side, but if Williams says he’s “never had a skin-care product like that,” we’ll take two!
Night Routine
Beauty of Joseon Glow Deep Serum
“But when I really need to moisturize, I use the Beauty of Joseon Glow Deep Serum with rice and alpha-arbutin. It makes me look too dewy, though, so I only use it at night,” Williams says to The Cut. If you need help with dark spots, discoloration, or acne scars, this is your guy. Rice water moisturizes, hydrates, and increases glow, while alpha-arbutin fades dark spots, protects the skin, combats pigmentation, and boosts radiance. No wonder why he reaches for this face serum when his complexion needs a little extra T.L.C.
Night Routine
VT COSMETICS Pro CICA Centella Spot Patch (66 Count)
The COSRX pimple patches are great for surface-level blemishes, but when the star has a deeper, more stubborn, cystic acne spot, he lets VT Cosmetics step in. It’s another centella asiatica fave of his. Just be sure to leave it on for eight to 12 hours or until the patch turns white to see the best results.
Morning Routine
Celimax Derma Nature Fresh Blackhead Jojoba Cleansing Oil
As I mentioned earlier, Williams can’t stand large-looking pores and blackheads. In the morning, he’ll face them head on with Celimax’s jojoba cleansing oil. This is the sebum- and blackhead-busting formula you want in your skincare arsenal. “It cleans out my blackheads better than anything,” the actor tells The Cut in an interview.
Morning Routine
COSRX Niacinamide 2% + BHA 4% Blackhead Exfoliant Toner
On Sale 28% off
For days when the aforementioned Numbuzin toner isn’t enough for getting rid of blackheads, Williams brings in this exfoliating COSRX toner to work its magic. It contains 4% BHA (betaine salicylate) to make pores appear smaller and slough off dead skin cells. The results? Unclogged pores, an even complexion, and a radiant glow.

SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Poremizing Light Gel Cream
SKIN1004’s Madagascar Centella Poremizing Light Gel Cream is another moisturizer the hockey stud keeps on hand in case his complexion needs an extra boost of hydration. The best part of this formula is that it offers a light, refreshing, cooling sensation upon application.
Morning Routine
SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Hyalu-Cica Water-Fit Sun Serum UV SPF50
Editor’s Note: I also use this sunscreen on a daily basis and understand why Williams and so many other people on the internet are fans. The SPF50 goop is lightweight and effective, and it adds a subtle glowy (not greasy) sheen to my complexion. I will note, though, that as someone with incredibly oily skin, the sunscreen can sometimes melt into my eyes at the end of the day. However, the formula is so good that I use it regardless.
Morning Routine
COSRX Acne Pimple Patch Absorbing Hydrocolloid Original
Editor’s Note: I’m very impressed with Williams’ taste in K-beauty products. This is another favorite of mine, and is the best pimple patch in my eyes. It stays on my oily skin throughout the night and sucks out the gunk from surface-level blemishes. My pimples definitely heal better and faster when I adhere these patches. If you have acne-prone skin, my advice is to buy them in bulk (as in, the pack of 240 from Amazon
).
Morning Routine
Murad Rapid Relief Acne Spot Treatment
“Sometimes I use a Murad spot treatment instead if I’m going to be around the house, because I feel like it’s better at powering down the pimple,” the star shares with The Cut. Similar to the acne-fighting serum Williams likes from The Ordinary, this spot treatment centers around salicylic acid. The brand claims this product reduces blemish size and redness within four hours.

iS Clinical Cleansing Complex

Men’s Rogaine 5% Minoxidil for Men Foam
or the topical solution version at Walmart.
iRestore Essential Laser Red Light Therapy for Hair Growth
Although iRestore’s red light therapy helmet-like device is by far the most expensive item in Williams’ beauty routine, it’s clearly doing its job because William has a head full of hair that always manages to look healthy. This FDA-cleared gadget helps with treating alopecia, receding hairline, balding, and thinning hair. It promotes hair growth, with users seeing positive results in anywhere from three to six months (results may vary, though), per the brand.
KEVIN.MURPHY ROUGH.RIDER Clay
Williams’ hair always looks natural yet put-together—and never greasy. What’s his seceret? “If you have short hair and you kind of just want it up, and you don’t want it shiny, you don’t want it to look like gel, use Kevin Murphy Rough Rider,” Williams tells The Cut. “It’s really f—king expensive, but it lasted me—and I would buy it even when I was broke as hell—because it lasts like a year and you have to use so little.”
EVO Box O’ Bollox Texture Paste
“If you want a little bit of sheen and really good hold without it just feeling like it’s gunky and straight, but it actually kind of like adds texture, use Box O’ Bollox Matte Paste,” he shares in his video with The Cut. When he mentions “Matte Paste,” he’s actually talking about the brand’s Texture Paste, which is sadly unavailable on Amazon at the moment. But don’t fret—keep checking back for a potential restock.
amika un.done volume & matte texture spray
Ever wonder how Williams gets those front pieces so perfectly placed? His hairstylist reveals it’s all thanks to Dashu’s Wet Curl Cream. “THIS, is my holy grail hair product for that ‘wet look’ without the hair actually being wet. With this look, I take a pea size amount at a time and work it through the hair. This is where I bring Hudson’s signature front pieces down,” says Flores.
Leonor Greyl Paris Gel a L’Hibiscus
The next prep step the celebrity hairstylist does on Williams’ damp locks is Leonor Greyl Paris’ Gel a L’Hibiscus. “This is my all time favorite gel to prep hair that might need a little boost for hold and avoid limpness,” says Flores. “It’s great for finer hair and is works better blow dried in (heat activated).”
Bur Bur Growing Season Derma Roller
Flores and Williams partnered with Bur Bur for the actor’s 2026 Golden Globes look. The first step in his red carpet prep is this derma roller. “Lightweight and easy to use, it glides smoothly without tangling, while enhancing product absorption,” says Flores. “The needles provide precise and controlled micro-punctures, allowing for better scalp stimulation with less irritation, promoting healthier hair growth and delivering the best results for Hudson.”
Bur Bur Growing Season Oil
Next up, is the Growing Season Oil. “I love that it works overtime to visibly strengthen hair, add shine and support healthy hair growth without any extra work on our end,” his hairstylist explains. Good hair starts from the inside out, so a hair oil or treatment like this is crucial. Flores added a little more after brushing through his locks to achieve extra softness and flow.
You might not think it, but a hair brush can make or break a look. Bur Bur’s Ludmila Brush, understood the assignment for the Golden Globes. “I took the Bur Bur Ludmila Brush through Hudson’s hair to add luster, control frizz, and distribute natural oils for sleek, healthy hair—and the boar bristles are ethically sourced!” says Flores.

Fragrance Products
Jo Malone London Myrrh & Tonka Cologne Intense
Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille Eau de Parfum
Tom Ford Ombré Leather Eau de Parfum
Williams shouts out Tom Ford’s Ombré Leather in his The Cut video. Viewers can see him spray it once to his wrists and once more to his neck. He says he doesn’t apply this fragrance in too many places because “Cologne, or perfume, for that matter, as well, should be discovered, not announced.” This Tom Ford scent is for all the warm, spicy, woody fragrace lovers out there. If you’re ever lucky enough to meet Williams in real life, you might get a whiff of black leather, violet flower, and jasmine flower.
Creed’s Aventus cologne killed Williams’ bank account the first time he purchased it. He says he’ll restock once his next paycheck comes in. What makes this luxe fragrance so worth it? The woody, fruity scent has lemon, pink pepper, apple, bergamot, and black currant top notes, pineapple, jasmine, and patchouli middle notes, and birch, ambroxan, cedarwood, oakmoss, and musk base notes.
Maison Margiela Replica By the Fireplace Eau de Toilette
Editor’s Note: I have a few Replica favorites, but By the Fireplace is one that stands out for fall and winter. It’s strong, as in the people around you will definitely be able to smell it (I’ve received a couple of compliments while wearing this fragrance).
