(BCN) — Santa Cruz CHP said at 2:33 p.m. Sunday that Highway 1, between Bay/Porter and Park Avenue, has been reopened ahead of schedule.
The area was closed for overcrossing demolition at Capitola Avenue. CHP officials initially said the road would reopen at 7 p.m. Sunday.
