HAR: New listings rise 14.1% in latest weekly reading – Houston Agent Magazine

New listings in Houston during the week ended Sept. 30 rose 14.1% on an annual basis, according to the latest Weekly Activity Snapshot from the Houston Association of REALTORS®.

Realtors added 3,128 properties to the MLS, up from 2,741 properties during the same week in 2023. Pending listings rose 5.8% to 2,038 from 1,926.

Closed home sales slid 0.6% year over year to 2,091 from 2,103 a year earlier.

Listing views on HAR.com popped 21.6% to 9,192,613, while showings were up 4.7%, at 33,747.
