The CCB recently launched a revamped Adverse Event and Complaint Form on our website. This form replaces the previous complaint form and combines multiple types of events to be reported to the Compliance and Enforcement Division:

• Adverse event (an unwanted medical reaction or problem from using a cannabis product)
• Unlawful activity at a cannabis business (or complaints related to a cannabis business, unlicensed cannabis business, unlawful advertising, concerns about fraudulent or unlawful business or trade practices)
• Issue with a cannabis product or packaging
• Intoxicating hemp sales

Any information submitted in the form is kept private, and the CCB does not provide updates on any investigation that might arise from the form.
