Green Brick Partners breaks ground on Riviera Pines – Houston Agent Magazine

Green Brick Partners broke ground on Riviera Pines, a new-home community in Huffman, on Aug. 1. The project is the developer’s first in the Houston area.

Trophy Signature Homes, Green Brick’s homebuilding subsidiary, will open model homes this fall, showcasing design options for homebuyers. Pricing will start in the $230,000s.

Neighborhood amenities will include a pool, playground, parks and green spaces.
