Gov. Hobbs signs bill to expand accessory dwelling units across Arizona

Gov. Katie Hobbs signed two bills related to affordable housing on May 21: one that would allow for construction of casitas, or tiny homes, in residential backyards, and another to encourage development of duplexes and townhomes.
