Forward progress has been stopped on a vegetation fire burning in the Rancho Murieta area of Sacramento County on Sunday.
The fire had burned at least six acres in difficult brush vegetation, the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District said just before 5:30 p.m.
Sac Metro Fire and Cal Fire are in a unified command.
