Fergie All But Confirmed to Flee the UK For ‘Luxury’ Haven as Eugenie Seemingly Takes a Side in Her & Andrew’s Fallout

Sarah Ferguson reportedly has her eyes set on her next big move. The former Duchess of York is rumored to move into her daughter’s residence in Portugal after her ex-husband Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s titles were stripped away.

According to the Daily Mail, Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank £3.6million ($4.8 million) mansion in the “Hamptons of Europe.” The couple had been preparing a “grand suite” for the mother. “The word here is that Fergie will be arriving sometime in January,” one wealthy neighbour of Eugenie and Jack told the site.

‘How long she’ll stay is anyone’s guess, but if it’s a long-term move, I can guarantee she’ll fit well into the social scene. Scores of celebrities and stars have been snapping up properties in the area’, a source told the Daily Express

Reported celebrities who frequent the area and have properties in CostaTerra Golf and Ocean Club include Madonna, Scarlett Johansson, and Nicole Kidman. As for Andrew, he will be moving into an estate at Sandringham in Norfolk, England, that is fully funded by King Charles.

The news comes after reports that Fergie and her ex-husband aren’t on speaking terms after Buckingham Palace made the announcement. “Things between them have completely broken down and they’re barely on speaking terms,” a source told the National Examiner. “When they do talk. it’s tense and explosive.”

The site also reports that the Duchess is planning to write a tell-all memoir and Andrew is infuriated. Te former royal “got wind of her plans and feels totally stabbed in the back,” says the source. “He’s made it clear that if she tries to throw him under the bus it will come straight back on her.”
