(FOX40.COM) — California police have identified the people found dead in a home on Wednesday afternoon. The circumstances behind their deaths are still under investigation.

Around 1:23 p.m., the San Francisco Police Department responded to the 900 block of Monterey Boulevard in the Bay Area for a wellness check. It is unclear who requested the check or why it was prompted. When officers arrived, they found four unresponsive individuals who were pronounced dead at the scene.
According to FOX40’s sister station, KRON, the deceased have been identified as San Francisco residents, two of whom were children.

• Paula Truong, 53
• Alexandra Ocheltree, 12
• MacKenzie Ocheltree, 9
KRON reports that Ocheltree was the father of the children and that the family did not describe the woman, Truong, as a victim.
