Families enjoy annual Lawrence Fire Department open house

LAWRENCE — The Fire Department hosted its annual open house Saturday, drawing dozens of families to the station. Guests received the chance to see a training smoke house, a rescue demonstration involving a mock car crash, and a dunk tank, among other things. Members of the Exchange Club of Lawrence and the Andovers grilled hamburgers and hot dogs for the crowd.
