Khloé Kardashian‘s ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson has been ordered to pay $US9500 (approx. $14,147) per month in child support fees to Maralee Nichols after they settled a paternity suit over their son, one-year-old Theo.
A source told TMZ that the basketball player’s fees also cover some of Nichol’s legal fees.
Nichols, a 31-year-old fitness instructor, will have sole custody of Theo and visitation rights will reportedly be discussed at a later date.

Thompson will also be listed as the father of the child on his birth certificate, after previously denying the claims made by Nichols when she sued him last year.
Legal documents obtained by Page Six from the lawsuit also show that Thompson allegedly encouraged Nichols to terminate her pregnancy and even allegedly offered her $US75,000 (approx. $111,690) outright to keep her quiet about the situation.
Nichols, however, refused, and in January 2022 it was confirmed via a paternity test that Thompson was indeed Theo’s father.

Thompson, who was then Kardashian’s boyfriend, then made a public apology to Nichols.
“You don’t deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you. You don’t deserve the way I have treated you over the years. My actions have certainly not lined up with the way I view you,” he wrote on Instagram at the time.
Though it was unknown at the time, Thompson and Kardashian were preparing to welcome their second child via surrogate.

They share the child, a son, born in August of this year, as well as True, their four-year-old daughter.
Thomspon also got caught up in cheating rumours just days before Kardashian was due to give birth to their daughter in 2018.
Footage emerged of Thompson a woman, later identified as Instagram model Lani Blair, where they were pictured flirting at an NYC rooftop party before heading to Soho House where he was spotted making out with her, and later spending multiple nights with her.
There are also cheating allegations levelled against Thompson over alleged affairs with Sydney Chase, and Kylie Jenner’s former best friend Jordyn Woods.
