Jen Shah will be sentenced for fraud tomorrow in New York City. And ahead of the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star’s court hearing, the sentences of several of her co-conspirators have been revealed.

As Jen hopes for just a three-year sentence and prosecutors hope to see her dealt with a 10-year term, court documents have revealed some of the fates of those she worked with, giving fans an idea of what she may be looking at when she faces a judge on Friday in regard to a years-long telemarketing scheme.

In a list of “Tier A” defendants, shared by Bravo and Cocktails on Instagram, with credits to Bravo Bravo Ducking Bravo, it was stated that Carl Morris was sentenced to 78 months, or 6.5 years, that Ryan Mult received 60 months, or five years, and that Cameron Brewster, Kevin Handren, and Stuart Smith, Jen’s former assistant, didn’t appear to have been sentenced quite yet.

It was also noted that Arash Ketabchi, said to be a “Tier 1” defendant, received 87 months, or 7.25 years.

Christopher Wilson, who received 78 months, or 6.5 years, Jason Sager, who received 12 months, or one year, Chad Allen, who received 48 months, or four years, and Joseph Ciaccio, who was granted with time served, were also named on the list, as were Joseph Minetto, Shane Hanna, and Anthony Cheedic, who were believed to be awaiting their sentencing as well.

RHOSLC Jen Shah's Co-Conspirator's Sentences Revealed

In other Jen Shah news, she recently targeted her RHOSLC co-star, Lisa Barlow, for bringing Jennie Nguyen, who was ultimately fired for disturbing racist remarks shared on her Facebook page, to the show to go against former cast member Mary Cosby (who left the show after season two), in response to a message from a fan.

“Lisa Barlow the racist lover. Brought that racist [Trumper] [Jennie] Nguyen on to go after Mary,” the fan tweeted last month.

And Jen agreed, replying, “That’s exactly what she did and then doubled down and said bring her back…”

Jen Shah Accuses Lisa Barlow of Bringing Racist Jennie Nguyen to RHOSLC

As fans may recall, Lisa told TMZ that everyone, Jennie included, deserved a second chance.

“I think everyone in life deserves a second chance. That’s what we’re trying to do. Just be a little bit better every single day and hopefully we learn from our mistakes and don’t make them again,” she shared.

Lisa then said it was likely a “tough decision” for Bravo to fire Jennie, despite Jennie’s racist posts, which included the sharing of an article claiming George Floyd, a Black man seen being murdered by a Caucasian police officer, who knelt on his neck as he begged for his life, in a horrifying video, died from a drug overdose — not police brutality.

“Cops’ lawyers make bombshell claims in George Floyd case: Bodycam shows Floyd ingesting fatal amount of drugs before arrest; he died of overdose,” read the article’s headline.

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City season three airs Wednesdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
