DMC Global (NASDAQ:BOOM) said Monday it appointed interim co-CEO Michael Kuta as full-time President, CEO and director, effective immediately.
Kuta, who was the company’s CFO during 2014-23, was interim co-CEO with director David Aldous from January 2023; Aldous has returned to his prior role as DMC’s (BOOM) chairman.
Kuta has more than 25 years of corporate leadership experience in the energy and building products industries, holding a variety of financial and executive leadership roles with The Lubrizol Corp. and Lincoln Electric.
