The case involving PD Construction Ireland Limited was brought up for hearsay at Dungannon Magistrates Court.
PD Construction Limited face charges of two counts of interference of sewage structure and one count each on inference with a sewer to cause damage, attaching a pipe to a sewer without consent, causing alteration to a sewer without consent and obtaining services dishonestly.
All the above charges relate to incidents on May 31, 2023 at a premises in Moy, Co. Tyrone.
District Judge Francis Rafferty set a December 8, 2025, date for contest.
