We were already a fan of Acer’s Nitro 5 at its $999.99 mark. At under $800, it looks like a steal. The 16GB DDR4 RAM, Intel Core i5 processor, and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 means it’s a pretty powerful laptop that should take pride of place in your gaming setup.

It’s not as cheap as it was a couple of days ago, but this is still a good laptop with a whopping discount of over 50%, and that’s still worth grabbing!. It helps that the SGIN is a powerhouse laptop with 12GB RAM and a sturdy 2.9GHz processor, so it should be able to handle anything you throw at it. This is a good work laptop, something you can build a career around – and if you do it fast, build it cheaply too.

With a 16″ screen, the slim casing hides 16GB of RAM, a powerful Intel Core i7 processor, 1TB of memory, and more besides. This is a laptop that proudly claims to be “made for creators”, though frankly with its high-end innards, it should be capable of handling just about anything thrown at it.

MacBooks have a reputation for high quality and equally high price – so a deal that cuts $200 off the top of that price tag is a big deal. The 2020 M1 MacBook Air is a smaller model with a 13″ screen, but still manages to fit 8GB RAM and 256GB SSD inside, along with all the little quality-of-life choices that Apple’s laptops are known for.

Back in the UK, Very are living up to their reputation as somewhere that can provide serious deals on practically anything (they’ve come up a lot on all our Cyber Monday lists) – and this ASUS Vivobook 15 is a superb example of that, as a mid-tier laptop is given a budget laptop price. £300 is a great get for this model, which comes with 8GB of RAM, a lightweight build, and a 256GB SSD – not to mention a fingerprint sensor for added security.

It’s not the first time we’ve mentioned this model, but this version is a little more powerful, and it’s a deal for those who are Stateside. Yes, Best Buy have taken a hefty $450 chunk out of the price for the Samsung Galaxy Book 2, a good working laptop for creatives, and this model comes with 16GB RAM, an Intel i7 Core, and 512GB of SSD memory.

Walmart have taken this nice, basic laptop and made its price tag even nicer and, er… basic-er. The ASUS VivoBook has 4GB of RAM, 128GB SSD, a fingerprint reader for security and an Intel Core i3 processor. It’s not formidable technically, but if your only needs are email, internet, writing and watching TV, you’ll have no trouble with this simple, flexible device.

Dell Inspiron 16

We’ve highlighted the Inspiron’s ‘Plus’ big brother earlier in the day, but let’s give some love to the standard model, shall we? With 8 GB RAM and a AMD Ryzen 7 5825U processor, you can expect it to handle most of what you throw at it for a sneakily good price. Be quick, though: this deal expires in five hours as of writing.

ASUS Vivobook 17.3-inch laptop | $699.99 $399.99 at Best Buy (opens in new tab)

Asus Vivobook

ASUS has been one of the real leaders in laptop deals over the Black Friday/Cyber Monday season. Its Vivibook range is one of the reasons why: cost-effective, sleek, and surprisingly powerful. The 17.3-inch model is under $400 at Best Buy and its i5 processor, 12GB RAM and 1TB of storage means it easily stacks up to laptops in the more expensive tier. All-rounders don’t come much better (or much more affordable) than this.

HP 15.6-inch laptop | £369 £199 at Very

HP 15 inch laptop

Not every Cyber Monday deal has to be glamorous. As standard models go, we’re huge fans of the HP 15-inch laptop for under £200. As a second machine to use on your commute (or as a work machine to help compartmentalise your work/leisure browsing), you can’t really get much better. It’s also a great laptop for those who only want the basics of browsing, using Netflix, and checking up on social media.

MSI GF63 Thin 11SC-693 15.6-inch gaming laptop | $599 $449 at Walmart

Cyber Monday MSI GF63 gaming laptop deal

Not every gaming laptop needs to be a power hungry behemoth. If you’re content with gaming on the go with some old classics and contemporary titles then this MSI machine is going to be the right fit for you. A Nvidia GTX 1650 graphics card and 8GB DDR4 RAM means this is a suitable value option for those looking to dip their toes into the gaming laptop waters.
