For the first time in his career, Tchami will perform live from an established house of worship.

Hallelujah, Tchami is taking Chicago to church.

We mean that in literal terms after the Confession label boss announced an intriguing niche experience for fans based in the Windy City: a rave to be held at the Fourth Presbyterian Church.

Chicago has long been celebrated for its preservation of historic architecture, and Fourth Presbyterian Church is among the city’s most recognizable landmarks. Located on Michigan Avenue, the building is actually the street’s oldest structure with the exception of the Chicago Water Tower. Part of the Gothic Revival architectural movement, the church was completed back in 1914 and continues to hold regular service to this day.

Notably, this will mark the first time Tchami has ever performed at a place of worship. “It will be very different from everything you have experienced before, that’s for sure,” the influential house music producer said of his upcoming performance.

The seating in the sanctuary ordinarily accommodates just 1,000 people, meaning passes for the unique DJ set are likely to be extremely limited. You can purchase tickets here.
