Chicago police holding gun turn-in event on North Side this weekend

CHICAGO (WLS) — There’s a gun turn in event this weekend.

Director of Community Policing for CPD Glen Brooks joined ABC7 to talk about they types of guns they accept, and what happens to the guns they collect.

This Saturday’s gun turn in runs from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at Uptown Baptist Church.
