New changes to Disney’s Disability Accessibility Service are now in effect.The program allows guests with a developmental disability who are unable to wait in long lines to book a return time for attractions.You must book a virtual appointment within 30 days ahead of your visit to sign up.You’ll meet with a cast member to determine eligibility.If you’re approved, you’ll then be able to register.As part of the changes, there will not be an in-person option at guest relations.Disney says anyone caught giving false information to qualify will face a lifetime ban from the parks.
