  • Remitly Business: Send $300+ Without Fees, Get A $100 Bonus

    [ad_1]

    The Offer

    • Remitly is offering business customers a $100 bonus after they send $300+

    The Fine Print

    • New customers only.
    • One per customer.
    • To qualify, customers must successfully complete their first transfer with a minimum send amount of $300 USD (US) / $400 CAD (Canada) / £200 GBP (UK).
    • The discount is applied on the second transfer and must be fully used in that transaction; any remaining value cannot be carried forward to future transfers.
    • Offer begins 01/20/2026 at 00:00hs PST and expires 03/20/2026 at 11:59hs PST

    Our Verdict

First transfer has no fees, second transfer I think you just get a $100 discount (e.g you can send ~$98.49 for free). You must send both to a bank account in a different country. Don’t think it’s really worth the effort involved for most people.

  • Chase Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables: Get Free Drinks at Select Restaurants with Visa Concierge

    [ad_1]

Chase Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables Through Visa Concierge

The Chase Sapphire Reserve card comes with $300 in dining credit every year. You get up to $150 in statement credits from January through June and again from July through December for dining at restaurants that are part of the Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables program. To receive the credit, cardmembers must pay with their Chase Sapphire Reserve at an eligible restaurant in the Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables program.

There are less than 400 restaurants nationwide that qualify for this credit and this is a good tool to find a restaurant near you.

But before you book your next restaurant through Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables, you should check Visa Concierge to see if you can also get some extra freebies. Some restaurants give you drinks for everyone in your party, some desserts, and some both.

Once you crate an account with your Chase Sapphire Reserve card credentials and log in, navigate to “Dining” and click the “Exclusive Benefits” option. Here you will see eligible restaurants that offer these extras:

You should be able to see them in a map here, and the list is quite limited. But if you plan on visiting one of them, then these freebies could easily be worth over $100 for a larger party which makes for a nice stack with your semi-annual $150 credit.

This benefit and Visa Concierge in general, is open to Visa Infinite cardholders. That includes:

  • Hyatt Adding Premium $795 Card and Categories 9 and 10?

    [ad_1]

    world of hyatt

    Rumored World of Hyatt Changes

There’s a new rumor over at r/Hyatt. There’s no source for the rumor so we do not know how reliable it is, but the information is quite detailed and the timing lines up with the annual Hyatt category changes.

    Category Changes

Based on this rumor, Hyatt will introduce new Category 9 and Category 10 properties.

    • Category 9: 50,000 points per night (standard pricing)
    • Category 10: 60,000 points per night (standard pricing)

    Also:

    • There will be meaningful reshuffling across what is currently Categories 6 through 8.
    • Most major metro Park Hyatt properties that are already Category 8 such as Paris and Tokyo are expected to move to Category 9.

    Free Night Awards

    Certificates are expanding upward:

    • Category 1 to 4 becomes 1 to 5.
    • Category 1 to 7 becomes 1 to 8.

You will be able to top-off FNAs:

    • Explorists will be able to top off a 1 to 5 certificate up to a Category 7 property.
    • Globalists will be able to top off a 1 to 5 or 1 to 8 certificate at any property.

The top off amount will be based on the standard redemption rate of a Category 5 or Category 8. It will reference standard pricing only. For example, topping off a Category 5 certificate into a Category 7 could cost anywhere from 5,000 to 15,000 points depending on the property’s standard award band.

    Super Peak Rate

A new super peak rate will be introduced for select service brands such as Hyatt Place, Hyatt House, Caption, during very high demand event periods. “Instead of traditional peak award bands, pricing during those windows will be tied to a fixed 1.5 cents per point floor until it reaches the peak pricing of two categories higher than the hotel’s assigned category.” There is an internal cap of 10 super peak nights per property per calendar year.

Example: If a Category 3 Hyatt Place is retailing at 450 dollars during a major event, redemption pricing would float to 23,000 points, which reflects Category 5 peak pricing and remains below what a strict 1.5 cents per point calculation would otherwise produce.

    New Premium Card

We have already heard rumors of a new Chase Hyatt premium card and the two companies have said that they plan to expand their card portfolio. The new card is now rumored to have Park Hyatt branding. Here are the rumored details:

    • Annual Fee: $795
    • Signup Bonus: 100,000 points
    • Earn:
      • 10X points at Hyatt
      • 3X points on dining purchases
      • 3X points when booking directly with airlines
    • Benefits:
      • Explorist status
      • Annual Cat 1-5 Free Night Certificate
      • 20 qualifying nights deposited at start of year
      • 10 qualifying nights for every $15,000 in spend
      • Cardholders will earn Globalist with an additional 20 qualifying nights.
      • Up to $400 in Hyatt statement credits ($200 semi-annually)
      • Chase Sapphire and Priority Pass lounge access

    Guru’s Wrap-up

As I mentioned above, this is just a post on reddit. And this is his first and only post there. But also, there are lots of details included and some that I would not think to make up if I was trying to troll the world.

Let me know what you think!

  • [Unsubstantiated Rumor] New Chase Park Hyatt Card ($795 Annual Fee), Category 9 & 10 Properties And More

    [ad_1]

File this under unsubstantiated rumors that I can see being true but an anonymous reddit user just made a post on the Hyatt subreddit regarding some major changes to the program.

    Chase Park Hyatt Premium Card

    • $795 annual fee
    • 100,000 point sign up bonus
    • Automatic explorist status
    • Annual category 1 to 5 certificate
    • 20 qualifying nights deposited at start of year
    • 10 qualifying nights for every $15,000 in spend
    • Earn Globalist with an additional 20 qualifying nights (“Important distinction: Globalist earned through the card will function similarly to a corporate status match. Members receive full tier benefits, but Milestone Rewards such as confirmed Suite Upgrade Awards and My Hyatt Concierge will not trigger until 60 qualifying nights are actually earned through stays and spend.”)
    • $400 in Hyatt statement credits  ($200 credit twice annually)
    • Chase Sapphire and Priority Pass lounge access
    • Card earns at the following rates:
      • 10x earn at Hyatt
      • 3x dining
      • 3x direct airline bookings

    Category Changes

    • Introduction of new category 9 and 10 properties
    • Category 9: 50,000 points per night (standard pricing)
    • Category 10: 60,000 points per night (standard pricing)
    • Very few properties will be 9/10 at launch (possible only category 10 property will be Park Hyatt Kyoto at launch and most category 9 will be Park Hyatt)
    • Free night certificates will be upgraded (e.g 1 to 4 becomes 1 to 5)
    • Ability to top off certificates will be formalized:
      • Explorists will be able to top off a 1 to 5 certificate up to a Category 7 property.
      • Globalists will be able to top off a 1 to 5 or 1 to 8 certificate at any property.
    • Amount charged for topping off a certificate will be based on the standard redemption rate.
    • Introduction of ‘super peak’ for select service properties. Cap of 10 super peak nights per property per calendar year.
      • “Instead of traditional peak award bands, pricing during those windows will be tied to a fixed 1.5 cents per point floor until it reaches the peak pricing of two categories higher than the hotel’s assigned category.”

      • “Example: If a Category 3 Hyatt Place is retailing at 450 dollars during a major event, redemption pricing would float to 23,000 points, which reflects Category 5 peak pricing and remains below what a strict 1.5 cents per point calculation would otherwise produce.”

    Our Verdict

Chase has sent out a survey regarding a premium Hyatt card before but that was with a much lower annual fee than this. Recently it was announced that Chase & Hyatt would be launching more cards. March is generally when award category changes from Hyatt are made as well.

The timing aligns but obviously anybody that was going to go to the trouble of making something like this up would normally try to make it believable as well. I suspect if this is true the leaks are coming from Hyatt rather than Chase. In any case I really enjoy wildly speculating on things that might not even be real.
